Community Support Program

We have designed a new community support program that allows your non-profit organization to partner with us in your fundraising efforts.  The Together We Are Stronger program is a fundraising program that will earn your non-profit organization 10% of all net proceeds from the sale of spa services, gift cards and retail products purchased during the specific program dates.

It’s an easy program that requires no paper vouchers. Your organization will be given a unique promotion code to track all purchases under your individual program.  Once the program is complete, you will receive a summary of sales information along with a charitable donation from Ciao Bella Day Spa for 10% of net sales.

What We Do

  • We will work with you to establish your program dates.  You can choose one day, one week, or one month.  There no limit to the number of times your organization can participate in a calendar year.
  • We will ‘spotlight’ your organization on our website and Facebook page as a participant of our Together We Are Stronger program.
  • We will provide you with 100 marketing postcards to assist with your fundraising efforts.

What You Do

  • Provide the necessary non-profit 501c3 documentation to Ciao Bella Day Spa before making your selection of calendar dates.
  • Choose a program date.
  • Designated dates must fall between Monday-Thursday and cannot include the weeks of Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.  You can choose the calendar dates just prior to these holiday weeks.
  • Your choice of dates must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance.
  • Use the program-specific promotion code provided to you from Ciao Bella Day Spa to properly record the sale as part of your fundraising program.
  • Promote your event to family, friends.  Be creative in your marketing and have fun.

Spotlight Parters

May is Brain Tumor Awareness Month. Ciao Bella Day Spa  is proud to partner with The Kyle O’Connell Foundation for a unique fundraising opportunity designed to bring greater awareness to this very important issue.

The Kyle O’Connell Foundation was established in memory  of Kyle Alexander O’Connell who, on February  6, 2005, at the tender age of 9, succumbed to brain stem glioma, a pediatric brain cancer.  Kyle’s life was too brief, but very inspirational to everyone who knew him.  His legacy is one of strength, courage and hope.

The mission for the Foundation is to create awareness and raise funds to support pediatric brain tumor research and to assist families who are facing the challenge of pediatric brain tumors.  Each year the foundation works to host a variety of special events aimed at bringing awareness to this important issue.  Events include the annual Steps n Strides 5k run and family walk. This year’s event is scheduled for June 5, 2011.

During the month of May, purchase gift cards, spa services, or retail products and use promotion code: KYLEOC to have a portion of the proceeds donated to The Kyle O’Connell Foundation.
